Country Animal Hospital COVID-19 Protocol Update August 2021
We at Country Animal Hospital want to thank everyone for their patience, and support as all of us have weathered the stress and anxiety associated with Covid-19.
Due to the new Delta Variant we have moved our practice back to curbside effective 8/13/2021.
We request that you call from your car when you arrive, ( 502-267-7444 ), so we can provide direction; one of us will guide you through the curbside process.
If you are needing a refill prescription, we request that you call ahead a few days so we can have it prepared for your arrival. Please pull up parallel to Country Animal Hospital, call from your car, and one of us will bring your meds/medicated food to your car, and proceed with payment options.
The positive aspect of performing curbside care is you still get to have one-on-one time with your veterinarian, Dr Reinhart. We have been able to keep up with the demand for veterinary services by performing curbside visits, to protect our clients and employees during Covid-19 & the Delta Variant, while still providing high quality medical care for your pets.
Those of us employed at Country Animal Hospital will continue to wear our masks when interfacing with clients. We would appreciate if you would wear a mask to protect those individuals that might be immunocompromised.

In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor. Please allow 72 hours for refill request, all compound refills must be requested one week in advance. No refills will be accepted on weekends.
We will notify you via email or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up. We will also inform you of the total cost of the prescription, and will request a credit card number by phone at that time. If you would prefer to have the prescription mailed to you, please mention this information in the additional information area.
