Country Animal Hospital keeps their doors locked for safety.
Please call when you arrive and a staff member will come and get you and your pet and bring you into the building for your appointment.
If you have been sick or someone in your family has been sick, please stay in your car, wear your mask and call the office (502) 267-7444 when you arrive. One of our staff members will come get your pet as you remain in your car.
If you are needing a refill prescription, we request that you call ahead 48 hours so we can have it prepared for your arrival. Please pull up parallel to Country Animal Hospital, call from your car, and one of us will bring your meds/medicated food to your car, and proceed with payment options.

Prescription Refills
In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor. Please allow 48 hours for refill request, all compound refills must be requested one week in advance. No refills will be accepted on weekends. We will notify you via email or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up. We will also inform you of the total cost of the prescription. Payment can be made at the time of pickup, over the phone, or an online invoice can be emailed to you to be paid prior to pick up. The doors are kept locked at Country Animal Hospital at all times for safety reasons. Please call the office when you arrive to pick up your prescription and a staff member will bring it out to your car. |
