Please call when you arrive and a staff member will come and get you and your pet and bring you into the building for your appointment.
If you have been sick or someone in your family has been sick, please stay in your car, wear your mask and call the office (502) 267-7444 when you arrive. One of our staff members will come get your pet as you remain in your car.
If you are needing a refill prescription, we request that you call ahead 48 hours so we can have it prepared for your arrival. Please pull up parallel to Country Animal Hospital, call from your car, and one of us will bring your meds/medicated food to your car, and proceed with payment options.
